Product Details
Our disc configurations are optimized for structural integrity:
- For NPS < 2: Features a high-strength solid disc for reliable shut-off.
- For NPS ≥ 2: Utilizing Forged or Cast discs to withstand higher flow velocities and pressures.
Body-to-Bonnet Integrity
To ensure zero-leakage performance across various pressure gradients:
- Class 150 to 600: Utilizes a robust Bolted Bonnet design for ease of maintenance.
- Class 900 & Above: Features a Pressure Seal Bonnet design, engineered specifically for high-pressure and high-temperature industrial applications.
High-Precision Stem & Packing
The stem is a critical rotating component in our linear motion valves. Each stem is machined from a single piece with ACME threads and a mirror-smooth surface finish. This design minimizes friction and maximizes the integrity of the packing seal, effectively reducing low fugitive emissions.
Superior Seat Faces
For a bubble-tight seal, our seat faces are lapped to a smooth finish. Depending on your piping requirements, we offer:
- Standard integrated seating.
- Optional renewable threaded seats or welded seats customized to client specifications.
Advanced Back Seat Design
Every Bharat Valves globe valve includes a back seat design to allow for packing gland replacement under pressure:
- Carbon Steel Valves: Fitted with a high-durability removable back seat.
- Stainless Steel Valves: Feature an integral machined back seat within the bonnet for enhanced corrosion resistance.
High-Performance Gaskets & Sealing
We use industry-leading sealing technology to prevent leaks:
- Class 150 to 600: Standard Stainless Steel + Flexible Graphite spiral wound gaskets.
- Class 600 (Optional): Ring Type Joint (RTJ) gaskets for enhanced safety.
- Class 900 & Above: Specialized pressurized seal designs for extreme conditions.
